I am excited about the new area of Colorado that we live in. Buena Vista and Salida are absolutely amazing places and they have a whole host of Colorado Mountain Wedding Venues that I also adore. Whether you are having a huge wedding or eloping, there is something here for you.
Let’s Start With Buena Vista Wedding Venues:
The surf hotel is absolutely amazing! The venue has thought of everything, it is stylistic and has everything set up for you. As the hotel is right on the river, the chalets for lodging are one of a kind. There is a park, music venue, ballroom, what didn’t they think of. I adore this venue, you just can’t go wrong here.
For those of you who love mountain views, an outside patio, and a Colorado Barn, look no further. The Barn is close to town and lodging for your guests. The venue itself is a peaceful and gorgeous spot to have your wedding. Your portraits will have larger-than-life 14 thousand foot peaks in them. This is a great spot for a wedding.
The loft is in one of our historic downtown buildings, on the second floor, it boasts a wonderful ceremony/reception room with a music stage. If you are looking for a real old-time Buena Vista feel this is it.
Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort
The reason Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort is the perfect place to get married is that you are directly on the creek, surrounded by mountains and hot springs, you have tons of activities at your fingertips. This resort is not only historic but also stunning, it has romance and ambiance and if you get tired of being at the resort you are minutes from town and only two and a half hours from Denver.
Now for Salida’s Wedding Venues!
This venue is everything, it reminds me so much of a downtown Denver old warehouse, sort of like the Platte river REI building. It has a riverside ceremony location, indoor reception area, and best of all it’s right in town, so it’s very close to lodging and accommodations for guests.
Another real Colorado Ranch experience, Hutchinson Ranch is owned and operated by a local family and has been for generations. It’s an idyllic Colorado ranch located minutes from town, and yes it has all the views.
Everett Ranch is an amazing place to get married. With so many different location options you can make your wedding stand out and still have gorgeous views and privacy. If you are a horse lover this is definitely the spot.
