Grand Targhee Elopement

This Grand Targhee Elopement was had some of the most gorgeous mountain views that I have ever seen. It seems like we were in Italy. This was the elopement of one of my best friends from college. I was over the moon excited to fly to Jackson to celebrate this day with her. Victor and Driggs Idaho is a very special place for Lindsey and Damian. We literally drove between Idaho and Wyoming for their wedding day. Damian used to work in Grand Tetons National Park as a ranger and even helped put in some of the trails at Schwabacher’s landing.

As always with the weather 🙂 We got some clouds and couldn’t quite see the peaks but it was still a gorgeous day. We took the gondola up to the top of Targhee and hiked out to the overlook. It was absolutely breathtaking, unlike anything I have seen before. What an amazing place to get married. The bride and her mom did all of the work, they literally had no vendors! It’s a pretty incredible thing to be able to organize, coordinate, and be in your own wedding and pull it off in style and grace. Lindsey’s mom made the cake herself and we all went back to their condo for the reception and a family-style meal.

I’m always grateful for the love I get to witness and the places I get to go to witness it. What an amazing job I have. Congrats sweet friend.
